Delivery
Our logistics partner is DHL Schenker. Delivery is made by parcel to your nearest collection point. Notification is made either by letter to the specified address or via text message. Normal delivery time is 3-5 days. Uncollected shipments will be invoiced with 30 Eur. In the event of a delay, you will be contacted by us and you have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge.
Shipping
The shipping cost is 19 Eur to Europe. All packages are insured by Fracklaget Sverige AB, which bears the risk. If the package or contents are damaged when you receive it, report it immediately on site and contact our customer service. If you only discover the damage after you have opened the package, please contact our customer service. We will help you with all handling of these damages, remember to contact us within a reasonable time.
Payment method
Invoice, card, Swish. You choose at checkout.
Payment by invoice is made with payment terms of 30 days. No invoicing fee is added. Late payment interest is charged by law.
Return
You have a 30-day right of withdrawal and exchange from the day the product leaves our warehouse (by law, you always have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the time the product has reached you). The right of withdrawal requires that you have not used the item and that it is returned in essentially unchanged condition. The tailcoat warehouse will refund you for the item. The return address used is Fracklaget Sverige AB, Södra Fogdelyckegatan 27 A, 374 36 Karlshamn, Sweden.
If you want to exchange an item:
- Contact Fracklaget Sverige AB by e-mail or phone. Please state the order number.
- Send the item back to Fracklaget Sverige AB together with the return form. You pay the return shipping, however, we offer the new shipping.
- When the return has been received by Fracklaget Sverige AB, is approved and the shipping cost has been paid, the new item will be sent to you. If the item is cheaper, the difference we clear is refunded or the invoice is credited.
If you want to complain about a product:
When handling complaints, the Consumer Sales Act applies. For information, go to www.konsumentverket.se.
- Contact Fracklaget Sverige AB by e-mail info@fracklagret.se or phone, +46 454 572055. Please provide the customer number and order number.
- Send the item back to Fracklaget Sverige AB together with the return form. Also attach a receipt for the return shipping and this will also be refunded.
- When the return has been received by us and is approved, your invoice will be credited by Klarna or if you paid by card, the money will be refunded.
In the event of a return or exchange, you are responsible for the transport risk.
In the event of a dispute, Fracklaget Sverige AB will follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes.
Personal data
By law, we must ask you to consent to us processing the data about you. All information that is provided to us or that we receive when you visit our site will be processed by Fracklaget Sverige AB. The information will be used for the purpose of us being able to fulfill our commitments to you, draw your attention to offers and for other marketing purposes. Fracklager Sverige AB will not transfer your personal data to third parties without your consent, with the exception of our billing party in cases where you wish to use this payment option. You have the right to access the personal data registered about you upon request, and you also have the right to have the data deleted.
Force Majeure
Fracklaget Sverige AB is exempt from penalties for failure to fulfill certain obligations under this agreement, if the failure is due to an exonerating circumstance as set out below and the circumstance prevents, complicates or delays fulfillment. An exonerating circumstance shall be regarded as an act or omission by an authority, new or amended legislation, conflict in the labour market, blockade, fire, flood, sabotage, accident of a major magnitude, natural disaster. Force majeure includes government decisions that have a negative impact on the market and products, e.g. restrictions on indications.
